Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of AdsOptim, a paid Chrome extension intended for freelancers and marketing agencies.
AdsOptim improves readability, usability, and productivity when using third-party advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads, solely through user interface modifications.
AdsOptim operates exclusively on the user’s local browser environment.
The Service does not alter, interfere with, or access the underlying systems, servers, APIs, or databases of third-party platforms.
Any interface adjustments performed by AdsOptim affect only the way content is displayed to the user within their own browser session
AdsOptim:
does not execute advertising actions,
does not create, modify, or delete campaigns,
does not access advertising data on the server side.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
Accessing or using AdsOptim implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
Users acknowledge having read and understood them prior to use.
3. Access to the Service
Access to AdsOptim requires:
creation of a user account,
authentication through a secure system,
an active paid subscription.
User Roles
AdsOptim supports the following roles:
Freelancer: individual user.
Admin (organization): manages an organization with multiple users.
Employee: user linked to an organization.
Employee access is strictly dependent on the billing status of the associated organization.
4. Subscription and Billing
AdsOptim is offered as a paid subscription through Stripe.
Available plans:
Freelancer: single user access.
Agency: multiple users (seats).
Access to the service is conditional upon an active billing status.
In case of cancellation, access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
AdsOptim reserves the right to modify pricing, subject to prior notice.
5. Suspension and Service Availability
AdsOptim reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the service, temporarily or permanently, in particular in cases of:
violation of these Terms,
abusive or fraudulent usage,
payment failure,
technical requirements, maintenance, or updates.
Temporary interruptions may occur for technical or maintenance reasons without entitlement to compensation.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use AdsOptim:
solely for its intended purpose,
in compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
without attempting to bypass internal technical mechanisms or access rules.
Any attempt at reverse engineering, service alteration, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability and Limitations
AdsOptim is a productivity and interface enhancement tool provided “as is”.
AdsOptim shall not be held liable for:
advertising or business decisions made by the user,
financial or marketing results,
changes made by third-party platforms.
AdsOptim is an independent productivity tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, or any of their respective services.
All trademarks and platform names remain the property of their respective owners.
The functionality of AdsOptim may be affected by updates, modifications, or technical changes made by third-party platforms.
Such changes are outside AdsOptim’s control and do not constitute a service failure or entitlement to compensation.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of AdsOptim, including the extension, interface, texts, graphics, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
9. Termination
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account management interface.
Termination becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
AdsOptim reserves the right to terminate access in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law, in accordance with applicable European Union regulations.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to mandatory EU consumer protections.
